4 steps to fine art photos
After your contract is signed and your date is saved on my calendar, we’ll start planning! This is the time to share your vision so I can give you exactly what you want on your big day. Not sure what you’re looking for? That’s okay! I love to collaborate with my couples, so we’ll work on creating the perfect photo spread together. During this time, I’ll also share my Outfit Guide to help you get your wardrobe on point, and we’ll decide on the best location for your engagement session.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Approximately 6-8 months before your wedding date, we’ll meet up for your sweet engagement session. This is your opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera, and get to know me better! Your photos will be ready within 6 weeks of your session, so you’ll have all of your images in time to send Save the Dates and get your wedding website up and running.

About a month before your wedding I’ll be in touch to finalize every detail, and then the big day arrives! It’s time to get you married. Focus on enjoying the day with your new spouse and loved ones, and I’ll be there to capture every meaningful moment.

While you bask in your newlywed glow, I’ll be editing your photos to prepare for your final image delivery. Waiting is the hardest part, so I’ll select a handful of images and send you a sneak peek the day after your event. Your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding day, and then you can share to your heart’s content!

For weddings, you will receive a handful of photos shortly after your wedding. Your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your event. You will receive a personal gallery via an online link with all of your images, available for download and print for 1 year.

Does every wedding package include polaroids?
Yes! I love giving my couples physical keepsakes from their wedding day, so every package includes polaroids. Photos should be seen, touched, and loved, so I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Do you travel for weddings and portrait sessions?
I live in Baltimore, MD but if you are in the DMV area or New York City, there are no travel fees. My destination wedding or session package includes all travel fees and I handle all booking myself. I usually fly in the night before and leave the day after unless otherwise specified. We will discuss your budget and I will get your approval before booking any travel.

Do you bring a second shooter for weddings?
A second shooter is an add-on service starting at $50 per hour. I will suggest the best option for your wedding package, but I always advise a second shooter for weddings longer than 8 hours.

How does payment work?
I require a 20% non-refundable deposit. The rest of your payment is due 2 weeks before your event. Please review my cancellation and rescheduling policy on your contract and on my website.

Can I print my images with you?
Yes! You can order prints, albums, and more through your personal gallery for 1 year. For albums, I will help you create the perfect layout for your memories. I can send you a sample gallery to get an idea of what you will receive!
