There’s so many amazing locations in the DMV area that photograph perfectly as well as a few destination locations that are a dream! We’ll start with the vibe you’re looking for, how you want your images to reflect who you are, you and your loved one, or your brand.

At the end of the day, a location that means something to you will create the most meaningful images. A great location that doesn’t mean anything to you may come up short when you look back at them in a few years. Which locations feel like home to you? Is there a park you and your partner have always loved? Is there a city that holds fond memories? Do you love getting ice cream together and sit in the park overlooking the city? Do you like spending your weekends exploring new breweries with your loved one? Does the forest, desert, or city inspire your work the most? What story do you want to tell? I’ll plan and make it happen!

SESSION LOCATION GUIDE

Something to remember...

The perfect session not only tells your story but allows us to go on an adventure together! That means we might go to a few locations to get the perfect shots! If you’ve booked a 1 Hour Session or more, we’ll probably go to a few places in the area you chose. If it’s a city vibe you’re looking for, maybe you’ll grab coffee or ice cream, walk around holding hands, and end up at your favorite park. If you’re looking for a nature adventure, we’ll probably hike together to a few locations to get a variety of images! Basically, I’ll be your third wheel on your perfect date or perfect day. These images will document a moment of time in your life. You’ll look back at these images and remember all of the awesome times you’ve had at that location with your favorite person!

Studio

Looking for the perfect branding headshots or just something clean and classic? Let’s have a studio session! I have the perfect studio we can rent in Baltimore, MD, only $25 extra an hour! Studios give us the comfort of being able to do hair and make-up indoors, bringing as many outfit choices as you want, and even bringing in props or installations. Want a specific color for your backdrop? No problem! Want to bring in other vendors to bring your vision to life? Let’s do it! A studio session can give us gorgeous lifestyle images, the perfect setting to photograph your new look book, or a fun and intimate location for you and your boo! Let me know if you’re interested in planning your studio session!

At Home Session / Rental (Airbnb or VRBO)

If you want your pictures to feel cozy and like home, why not have your session in your home? Cozy clothes, pop-tarts and coffee, and just the two of you (plus me) sounds perfect! If you’re afraid your home won’t give you the aesthetic you’re looking for, I can help you lightly style your home and we can figure out the time for the perfect lighting! Don’t want the stress of cleaning your home or just want a little adventure? Book a cute cabin or even have me crash your camping adventure to get the most natural and beautiful images of who you are! Renting an Airbnb or VRBO also gives you an excuse to have a little getaway too! Looking for a gorgeous or new location for your brand or new online content? Book a full day/night at an Airbnb and we can create content all day long! I can help you look for the perfect rental too!

Maryland

We’re based in Maryland (also born and raised), so we have you covered on the best locations for your session! Whether you’re looking for a city vibe, an adventure in one of our beautiful state parks, wandering by the water or a big grassy field, or even something industrial, I got you! I was born and raised in Maryland, living in Baltimore and multiple counties in the area so you're in good hands! Whether you're from Maryland or just having your session done there, It's important to remember what makes you as a couple (or brand or solo)..you! If you never get dressed up, then go casual! If you're nature people who like to set up a picnic blanket at your favorite park, I'll find you the most beautiful park! If you like to grab a coffee and stroll around the city, hand In hand, I'll find us the cutest coffee shop and take us to all of the scenic locations! Remember, you want these pictures to tell YOUR story, not someone else's.

The most perfect view of Baltimore City, walk through the park at sunset, walk over to Bmore Licks for an ice cream!

LITTLE ITALY

Old world classic, kissing in the streets, sharing wine and dessert, walking through the streets hand in hand.

Mount Vernon / George Peabody Library

Cobblestone streets, walking through the park, gorgeous tall white columns, wall to wall covered in old books, ornate architecture.
